FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: processing an aqueous mineral slurry comprises adding a slurry dispersed in an aqueous solution of an anionic polymer that reacts with the solid mineral component, with a view to their aggregation and precipitation to form a product containing flocculated sludge and water. When the polymer is water-soluble, anionic diacrylate copolymer containing a multivalent cation selected from the group of: calcium, magnesium, iron and aluminium, and having an intrinsic viscosity of at least 5 dl/g as measured in 1M NaCl at 25°C. Additionally, the treated sludge is added sodium or potassium zeolite mass ratio of alumina and silica from 0.72:1 to 1.3:1, in an amount sufficient to disperse the slurry and separation of components. The polymer dispersion effect neutralizes zeolite causes aggregation and sedimentation of the solid mineral component is easy to form a dewatered precipitate.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of aggregation and improvement in dewatering mineral solids slurry comprising clay, a water extraction and disposal of solids.
