SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative facing materials, decorative sheet and decorative element in which it is applied. The sheet comprises the base sheet formed of polyester resin or polyolefin resin; the ornamental layer and surface protecting layer. The decorative sheet has the total thickness of 70-135 mcm, the surface protecting layer has recesses, the maximum depth of each recess is 15-100% based on the total thickness and not less than 15 mcm, while the ratio of the tensile modulus at 120°C to the modulus of elasticity while tension at 20°C is 1:12-1:160 and the ratio of maximum load at certain a point at 120°C to the maximum load at a particular point at 20°C with elongation of 30 mm is 1:1.7-1:30.
EFFECT: creation of the decorative sheet allows meeting the requirement of reduced thickness, and also ensures excellent workability and constructive feasibility, including the external view and texture by the touch.
