SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multilayer film for decorative moulding, which has a multilayer structure, wherein a protective layer, a coloring layer and an adhesive layer arranged in this order, and the film for moulding is arranged between any two layers or on the surface of the protective layer, wherein the said surface is the reverse side with respect to the surface from the side of the coloring layer. The protective layer comprises a polyurethane resin (U), which is obtained at least from a component (A) containing active hydrogen and an organic isocyanate component (B) and having a polycarbonate frame containing alicyclic hydrocarbon group. In addition, the multilayer film for decorative moulding satisfies the condition (1) and/or condition (2). The invention also relates to: a multi-layer film for decorative moulding, which curing reaction is simply completed by heating during moulding and which exhibits good matching of shape during decorative moulding and simultaneously shows good surface protection properties; and a decorative molded product which uses a multi-layer film for decorative moulding. Condition (1): polyurethane resin (U) contains an alkoxysilyl group and/or silanol group in each molecule. Condition (2): the protective layer contains a compound (X) which contains a glycidyl ether group and an alkoxysilyl group and/or silanol group, and polyurethane resin (U) contains a carboxyl group and/or its salt.
EFFECT: invention extends the product range of materials for decorative moulding by using a multi-layer structure.
