SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a resin impregnated decorative paper sheet and a resin impregnated decorative panel. Decorative paper sheet includes: main paper sheet; a pattern layer provided on a surface side of the base paper sheet; a foamed resin layer formed by a blowing agent located on the surface of the pattern layer or in the pattern layer; and a thermosetting resin layer provided on the surface of the foamed resin layer. The thermosetting resin layer contains at least one of: epoxy, casein, acrylic, urethane resin.
EFFECT: invention provides resin-impregnated decorative paper sheet and resin-impregnated decorative panel having excellent rough haze and tactile feel, as well as improved soil resistance and structural stability after long-term storage, while reducing costs.
