FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to non-expandable suppository devices. The device has a top, a base, a length, a longitudinal axis, maximum diameter and minimum diameter, which is lower thanmaximum, and a bending area. Thus, the suppository device is symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis, wherein the top includes the first pressure exerting area, and the base includes the second pressure exerting area, the first pressure exerting area comprises the first diameter, which is the maximum diameter and ranges from 10 to 25 mm, and is adapted to extend between the front wall and the back wall of the vagina, providing pressure on the urethra through the front wall of the vagina; the second pressure exerting area comprises the second diameter equal to the first diameter, and is spaced from the first pressure exerting area, and the bending area comprises the minimum diameter and is located between the first pressure exerting area and the second pressure exerting area. At the same time, the first and the second pressure areas are characterized by higher resistance to external forces compared with the bending area in terms of increased muscle tension, and suppository device length is between 35 and 60 mm.
EFFECT: invention extends the product range of non-expandable suppository devices in medical equipment.
