FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and may be used for treating urinary incontinence in females. A first disposable device having opposite working surfaces for supporting an associated urinary system and a fixation portion for keeping the device in place when in use wherein the fixation portion has at least one element projecting from at least one end of a working portion is introduced into vagina. The working portion has an elastic element presented in the form of a wire profile with the wire profile comprising a number of leg pieces which at least partially limit and support the opposite working surfaces. The working portion also comprise a cord for removal with its proximal end functionally connected with at least two leg pieces, and arranged and configured so that tension of the distal end of the cord for removal causes the approach of the opposite working surfaces.
EFFECT: method provides higher fixation stability in place of introduction, improved comfort of introduction and removal.
