FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of recovering the original shape of the blade of a turbomachine comprising at least one deformed zone (Z), by peening, according to which the profile of mentioned blade is defined, comparing mentioned profile with a reference profile, separate the blade surface at a plurality of deformed zones (Z, Zj) of elementary surfaces, compare deformed zone (Zj) with the base deformation data comprising a plurality of deformed zones (Zj), comparable respectively to a plurality of characteristics (Pi) of peening device, determine the parameter (Pj) of peening device that is associated with mentioned deformed zone (Zj), and produce blasting ultrasonic treatment of each deformed zone (Z, Zj) of the blade by means of a shot peening device depending on mentioned specific parameter (Pj) of restoring the shape of mentioned zone (Z), wherein the blade comprises two sides (F1, F2) opposite to each other. One of the deformed zones (Z, Zj) is located on one of the two sides, wherein the surface is located on the other opposite side, and is free from deformation during ultrasonic peening treatment of the first side (F1).
EFFECT: invention allows cold reshaping of the blade without the blade to adjust the condition of high temperatures, which limits the risk of thermal damage and creates the possibility of increasing the length of the blade operation.
