FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: when optimizing a gas turbine, which has blades with a first ceramic insulating coating, to the field of its application the blades are removed from the gas turbine. Later on, the first ceramic insulation coating is extracted from the turbine blades and/or take the new blades. The second ceramic thermal insulation coating is applied on the blades, which are devoid of shielding, and/or new blades. The second ceramic thermal insulating coating is selected and applied so that the thickness of the second ceramic insulating coating is at least 50 micrometers different from the thickness of the first insulating coating; and/or the porousness of the second ceramic insulating coating is at least 2% different from the porousness of the first ceramic insulating coating; and/or the number of layers in the ceramic thermal barrier coating is changed. Then the blades with the second ceramic insulating coating are inserted into the gas turbine.
EFFECT: invention allows to adapt the gas turbine, which has blades with a thermal insulating coating, to the new exploitation conditions of the gas turbine.
