FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: analysis method of a surface of partially closed holes of a structural component, which are to be opened, after application of a coating, as per which the structural component is measured with non-closed holes in a non-coated state and a model of a mask is generated by means of measurement by laser triangulation. The model contains position of holes and orientation of their longitudinal axes. Measurement is performed by means of laser triangulation of the coated structural element and partially closed holes due to the above said. Therefore, the created set of data represents a coating model. The mask model is compared to the coating model to provide a possibility of detection of closed holes. Maximum possible compliance of the mask model with the coating model is determined by iteration.
EFFECT: determination of position and orientation of hole axes after a coating is applied.
