SUBSTANCE: floor-sweeping machine is proposed, comprising a handle element (36) for controlling it and the safety device (40) blocking the floor-sweeping machine operation in the absence or incapacity of the operator. The safety device has the drive element (66) held on the handle element (36) by its first part (68) and the second part (72) rotatable relative to the first part (68) and held on the first part (68) as integral with it by means of the hinge device (74). The position of the second part (72) of the angle of rotation relative to the first part (68) determines whether the safety device (40) is in the unblocking or the blocking condition.
EFFECT: increased safety and efficiency.
