FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to laboratory thermophysical measurements and, in particular, for determination of thermal, aerodynamic and hydraulic parameters of recuperative heat exchangers of different types, performed during training specialists in field of engineering equipment, tests of heat exchangers in order to determine their main parameters. Proposed experimental assembly for studying heat exchangers enables to perform thermal and hydraulic tests of various heat exchangers in order to detect actual parameters and characteristics. Also experimental assembly for studying heat exchangers can be used in educational process for laboratory works for students of engineering fields.
EFFECT: obtained results make it possible to increase accuracy of calculations and to compare the effectiveness of different types of heat exchangers.
