SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for the preparation of nutrient emulsions, having a housing in which a shaft driven by a motor is positioned, wherein the housing is rigidly connected at its lower end with a stator, said stator having an open lower end and a peripheral wall, in which transverse slots are formed, wherein the lower shaft end is rigidly connected with the rotor provided with cutting means interacting with the peripheral stator wall, with the simultaneous cutting of the processed material during the rotor rotation, wherein the rotor comprises the knife arranged in the axial direction under the cutting means.
EFFECT: due to the aforementioned structure of the device for the preparation of nutrient emulsions, the possibility of introducing all the ingredients simultaneously at the initial stage of preparation, as well as the high degree of the product homogeneity, is provided.
