SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unit (1) of a portable electrical household appliance for processing of food products, such as a mixer or a beater. Unit (1) contains case (2) of an elongated shape, extended along axis X1, engine (3) placed in case (2), drive head (5) actuated with engine (3) and designed to rotate at least one rotating tool, if necessary, by means of a transmission device, at least one suction hole (11) located at end (2b) of case (2) opposite to a position of drive head (5), and at least one outlet (13) located on contour (14) of case (2) in an intermediate position between a position of engine (3) and the position of drive head (5). In accordance with the invention, unit (1) contains axial fan (12) for forced circulation of fresh air coming through at least one suction hole (11) to at least one outlet (13) with passage through engine (3), wherein axial fan (12) is located between at least one suction hole (11) and engine (3).
EFFECT: disclosed structure allows for achievement of required freshness of air circulating through the engine, which prevents its necessary cooling.
