SUBSTANCE: system for simultaneous blowing of plastic containers from plastic preforms and their filling contains the rotary device, including the several forms, each of which is suitable for placing the preform, several extraction devices, each of which is intended for drawing the preform, some injection devices, each of which is designed for the liquid injecting into the preform to expand the preform in the appropriate form. The system includes the manifold for distributing the pressurized fluid on the number of injection devices, so that the preforms are blown and filled with liquid simultaneously, the pumping device for the fluid supply to the manifold. The collector is rotating around the central vertical axis. Each form has the upper section which is provided with the hole, each preform has the inlet, which is disposed in the hole, when the preform is placed in the form, and the hole is centered about the longitudinal axis, which is inclined to the mentioned vertical axis.

EFFECT: invention eliminates the liquid splashing out of the container during the rotation of the entire system.
