SUBSTANCE: mobile communication method in a mobile communication system, comprising the steps at which: restarting mobile communication control node is performed; unidirectional channels between the serving gateway SGW and the packet data network gateway (PGW) are supported by means of the said (SGW); a notification data message about via the down-link to the mobile data communication control node is sent by means of SGW for paging of the mobile terminal (UE); transmission of unnecessary paging in said UE is avoided by the mobile communication control node; and a request by the mobile communication control node is made to SGW in order to rupture of supported unidirectional channels by sending a confirmation message of receipt of the notification of data via the down-link or a message of notification receipt failure via the down-link.

EFFECT: provision of opportunities to avoid unnecessary transmission of a paging signal.
