SUBSTANCE: mobile communication method comprises steps of: starting, by UE, re-attach processing for a second mobility management entity (MME) upon receiving "Paging"; transmitting, by a first MME, downlink notification signal Ack (DDN Ack) including a first evolved packet system (EPS) bearer ID, included in "DDN" and "Cause=Re-Attach Success" (information indicating that re-attach processing is successful), to the first serving gateway (S-GW) specified by the first S-GW address included in the "DDN"; and releasing, by the first S-GW, a first packet data network (PDN) connection between the first S-GW and the packet data network-gateway (P-GW) upon receiving the "DDN Ack", the first PDN connection corresponding to the first EPS bearer ID included in the "DDN Ack".
