FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. For this purpose the UE has the means of: eNB or control radio device 2G/3G access support; tracking area updating procedure or routing area updating procedure initiation when changing MME (mobility management entity) or SGSN (serving GPRS support node); and eNB or 2G/3G paging receiving, in which a paging message is transmitted basing on a notification message on downlink digital data network (DDN) data from a new MME or a new SGSN after the said changing, if tracking area updating procedure or zone routing area updating procedure is executed, when previous MME or previous SGSN before the said change receives the DDN message for the UE from the serving gateway (SGW), which receives an incoming packet for the UE, herewith the previous MME or the previous SGSN responds by the SGW acknowledgement message of notification on the downlink DDN data indicatingthat the DDN message is temporarily rejected due to the mobility procedure, herewith the SGW starts a locally configured protective timer.

EFFECT: technical result is reliable reception of incoming packet call, executed while UE is moving.
