FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device contains channels, formed in the surface of the shell along its perimeter, made with ability to supply therein the scouring water. The channels are formed as the vertical tubes with tappering at the open lower end. The upper ends of the channels communicate with the ring collector, placed above the water level, at the shell immersing into the designed depth, divided into the sections of the equal length, made with ability to maintain differ according to the water pressure level. The lower part of the vertical tubes, placed below the ground level, while shell immersing into the designed depth, is placed close to the inner surface of the shell.
EFFECT: provision of the shell vertical immersion into the ground due to the possibility of the ground uniform thinning over the entire length of the shell lower edge contact with the base by means of water pressure control, supplied to the base ground, when immerged.
