FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction and operation of buildings, structures and industrial facilities for the protection of underlying aquifers and ground waters from contamination with sewage and sewage waters, spills of oil products and toxic wastes, as well as for the protection of concrete foundations, support bases of structures, buried structures and other objects from the effects of groundwater in the process of arranging long-term impermeable membranes, during work and operation of facilities near the area of groundwater discharge into surface water bodies and waterways, as well as during elimination of contamination of ground waters with wastes of sludge storages, during elimination of contamination with liquid hydrocarbons and for isolation of water influx to karst formation zone. Method of creating an impermeable membrane in a soil mass includes drilling a well, immersing tubular injector 4 having outlet holes 5 into the pre-drilled well, and feeding the injected solution under pressure through the channel of tubular injector 4. To increase the reliability of the impermeable membrane when protecting objects, the well is drilled with hollow auger drilling assembly 1, in which bit 2 is used as a rock cutting tool, drilling of the well is carried out before the entry of auger drilling assembly 1 into the thickness of the reservoir bed, after which a core equipment is lowered into hollow auger drilling assembly 1 and with its help the inner cavity of assembly 1 is cleaned and the well is drilled during drilling in the thickness of the reservoir bed, then, the core equipment is withdrawn to the surface and tubular injector 4 is lowered in its place through hollow screw drilling assembly 1, surface sealing of annular space around tubular injector 4 is performed in assembly 1 and the injected solution is supplied to the soil mass. Injected solution used is a polymer composition which interacts with mineral components of the soil to form a polymer-mineral screen body having plasticity and/or capable of cyclic recovery of plasticity when interacting with water. After the injection solution supply is completed, tubular injector 4 is removed to the surface and the well is transferred to the waiting mode for the structure formation and the injected solution stabilization. Thereafter, each next section is performed and all the above operations are repeated on each next boundary section with formation of adjoining zones in the soil massif.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of the impermeable membrane when protecting objects.
