FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: plastic sealing device consists of reservoir with cylindrical drain neck and screw cap. Besides, sealing device contains cylindrical punch open on both sides in axial direction and arranged in the form of ring with external thread and cutting element that faces the reservoir. At that cylindrical punch is installed with the possibility of downward movement by means of facilities of cap unscrewing provided in screw cap. At that punching tooth that breaks the layer of polymer film whenever it remains uncut with cutting tool is installed in direction of cutting behind cutting part of cutting element and in direction of penetration behind the front top of cutting tool. Suggested invention provides creation of sealing device that will definitely make it possible to cut the opening for content pouring.
