FIELD: medicine, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and neurology. Catheterisation is performed under control of ultrasonic examination with parallel Dopplerography. Puncture of soft tissues of abdominal wall in right iliac region to parietal peritoneum is realised. Retroperitoneal space is catheterised and solution of local anaesthetic is introduced. Puncture of soft tissues of abdominal wall is performed in point, located on the border of external and middle third of line, connecting external upper iliac spine with symphisis. Catheter is installed between head of blind colon and bifurcation of right common iliac artery, after which 80.0-100.0 ml of solution of local anaesthetic are introduced through catheter.

EFFECT: invented method makes it possible to minimise catheterisation trauma, increase efficiency of carrying out simultaneous blockade of zone of ileocecal, lumbosacral and pararectal plexuses to prevent and treat disorders of motor and evacuating function of intestine.
