FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and urology. Under the ultrasonic examination with parallel Doppler sonography, a soft abdominal wall puncture is performed at point located 3 cm above the right iliac crest along the posterior axillary line to the parietal peritoneum, and the catheter is placed below the lower edge of the right kidney and is placed in the upper physiological narrowing of the right ureter, after which 100.0–120.0 ml of 0.25 % novocaine solution is introduced 4–6 times a day.
EFFECT: method provides prevention and treatment of intestinal motor and evacuation disorders following transurethral lithotripsy in the upper one-third of the right ureter.
