SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology. Operation is preceded by infiltration of the anterior abdominal wall with 0.2% Ropivacaine dissolved in normal saline in paraumbilical, suprapubic, right and left iliac regions along the future trocars. Volume of administered preparation is calculated by formula: amount ml of substance = number of mm incision length, and after the abdominal cavity has been inspected, before the manipulations on the uterus, Ropivacaine solution is injected into the retroperitoneal space in the projection of the sacral promontory. Above the surface of the sacral promontory, with a peritoneum lifted with a laparoscopic forceps, a dome is formed therefrom. Needle of section of 1 mm is immersed into the upper portion of the formed dome at a depth of no more than 1 cm, leaving the bone structures untouched. After the needle is placed, 0.2% Ropivacaine 10 ml is slowly introduced retroperitoneally.

EFFECT: method enables providing the more effective multimodal analgesia in the patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, enables reducing an intensity of postoperative pain syndrome, minimizing or eliminating the use of opioid analgesics and accelerating postoperative patient’s activation.
