FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: cavitator for heat release in liquid comprises a housing with an axial Venturi tube mounted on it in front of which upstream the motion of the liquid the shock valve and the side Venturi tubes are located. The housing comprises a hollow tube with a end-to-end channel in the wall connected to the hydraulic accumulator. The shock valve has three degrees of freedom relative to the housing and the axial Venturi tube located along the horizontal axis of the H-shaped cylindrical coil mounted in the housing. In the end of the H-shaped cylindrical coil at the side of the shock valve through holes are made and in its opposite end the side Venturi tubes are located. The cavitator comprises a check valve designed as a disk which is pressed to the through holes by a return spring set in a spacer between the ends of the H-shaped cylindrical coil. The shock valve is pressed between a large conical spring fixed at a base in the end of the axial Venturi tube in axial alignment with it and a small conical spring fixed in the retaining ring rigidly mounted in the housing.
EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of the cavitator operation by minimizing the mechanical friction of moving components with the capability of stabilization of cavitation process in liquid.
