FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and may be used for dispersion, emulsification and disinfection of technological, for instance lubricating and cooling liquids. Device comprises body separated by partition with nozzle holes into chamber of high pressure and chamber of cavitation treatment. Volume of high pressure chamber is to cavitation treatment chamber as 2.0:0.8…0:1.2. In high pressure chamber there is electrospark discharger installed with generator of pulses at the distance from partition L=(3…6)S, where S is value of gap between electrodes of discharger. Cavitation treatment chamber has a shape of socket, which smoothly changes via outlet hole into outlet nozzle arranged in the form of Archimedean spiral. High pressure chamber has a cylindrical shape with spherical bottom. Inlet hole is equipped with a check valve. Upstream partition there is a liquid level detector installed, which is connected to switch of pulse generator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of liquid treatment.
