FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: for obtaining hot saturated potassium chloride by potassium chloride and sodium chloride solution was cooled in a vacuum-crystallization facility (VCF). The heat of the solution vapor of the first portion of the VCF is recovered by the cooled solution obtained after isolation of the desired product. Condensation mortar couple the second portion of VCF is performed in the capacitors of mixing. In this case, each capacitor is supplied to the mixing with the sludge storage tanks halurgical brine and potash flotation plants. The flow rate of the brine is controlled depending on the temperature difference between the VCF shells. Plums of condensers, which are a mixture of brine and condensate of solution steam, are sent back to the sludge dump.
EFFECT: invention enables to simplify the process, to increase the yield of desired product - the crystals of potassium chloride without expensive closed refrigeration units.
