DISPERSANT FOR INORGANIC PARTICLES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC C04B24/24 C04B24/28 C04B28/00 C04B28/14 C04B103/14 C04B103/52 C04B103/30 C08G73/08

Abstract RU 2619927 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to dispersants for hydraulic binding substances. The described dispersant for the inorganic particles is preferable for the inorganic binding substances, more preferable for hydraulic binding substances, wherein the said dispersant has the following structural units: I) one triazine structural unit, preferably one 1,3,5-triazine structural unit, II ) one or two polyalkylene gycol structural unit, preferably one polyalkylene glycol structural unit of the general formula (I) -(AO)n-R2, where A is alkylene which has 2-18 carbon atoms, wherein at least 60 mol. % A is preferably an alkylene having 2 carbon atoms, especially preferably at least 80 mol. % A represents alkylene which has 2 carbon atoms, wherein each mol. wt. % is based on the total amount of moles of all structural units (AO)n in the dispersant, n is an integer from 2 to 500, preferably 5-300, more preferably 15-200, particularly preferably 20-80, R2 is the same or different and independently represents H and/or a hydrocarbonyl radical, III) and two - four structural units of the ester of phosphoric acid, preferably two - four structural units of the ester of phosphoric acid in the presence of one polyalkylene glycol structural unit, more preferably two structural units of the phosphoric acid ester in the presence of two polyalkylene glycol structural units, which is characterized by the fact that the triazine structural unit is at least in one carbon atom of aromatic triazine, preferably in one or two carbon atoms of aromatic triazine, substituted by the substitute selected from general formulae (IIa) -N-(CH2CH2-O-PO3H2)2 and/or (IIb) -NH-CH2CH2-O-PO3H2.The process for obtaining of the above dispersant is also described. We describe a mixture of construction materials containing the above mentioned dispersant and an inorganic binding substance. The use of the above dispersant is also decribed as additives that reduce water demand, as means to reduce viscosity and to improve the rapid hardening of inorganic water-based binding substances, and as grinding intensifier in cement production.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining a dispersant for hydraulic binding substances, providing a significant reduction in water demand, reducing viscosity of inorganic binding substances, and at the same time having good fast hardening.
