SUBSTANCE: well sucker-rod pump with a movable cylinder contains the cylinder 1 rigidly connected to the column of rods 2 in the upper part of which the discharge valve 3 is fixed. In the inner cavity of the cylinder 1, an assembly is provided that includes a mandrel 4 with an abutment of the upper plunger element 5 on which the plunger member 6 is mounted movable relative to the mandrel 4. The lower part of the plunger element 6 is equipped with the reinforced bushing 7, and the lower part of the mandrel 4 is equipped with the reinforced bearing seat 8 that tightly cooperate when the column of rods moves up together with the plunger assembly. Wherein the lower part of the mandrel 4 is rigidly connected to the immovable plunger 9 by means of the sub-cell 10. The immovable plunger 9 is connected by a hollow rod 11, the length of which is equal to the length of the pump stroke, with the retaining device 12 fixed in the mating part of this device, descending into the column of the pump pipes 13, wherein the lower part of the cylinder 1 equipped with the stop of the cylinder 14, the inner diameter of which is less than the outer diameter of the immovable plunger 9.
