FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in mechanized production of high-viscosity oil. Sucker-rod pump unit contains columns of pump pipes and rods, a cylinder with stages of different diameter installed one above another and two hollow plungers connected to each other, movably arranged in the cylinder and having suction and discharge valves. Cavity of the cylinder of larger diameter is interconnected with the cavity of the upper hollow plunger through the windows of the sub. Suction valve is made in the form of a disk rigidly connected to the mandrel centering the disk relative to the internal hole of the seat. Delivery ball valve is installed in upper part of hollow upper plunger of smaller diameter and has external diameter of the case larger than external diameter of upper hollow plunger.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability, simplified design and raised efficiency of operation, due to reduction of hydrodynamic losses, as a result of synchronous motion of fluid and string of columns, and hydraulic resistances.
