FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of a central control room, a portable control panel with a satellite navigation module, a group of technical detection means, a group of video surveillance equipment and repeaters. Technical detection means contain alarm sensors operating with different physical principles: seismic, radio wave, infrared, magnetometric, vibrational (vibrometric), radio-beam, radio-wave underground and breakdown. Technical means of video surveillance contain low-frame video surveillance systems, made with the possibility of pre-alarm, alarm and post-alarm video information. Using radio modems all components of the system are connected to a self-organizing network radio system, designed to automatically rebuild information transmission routes by the criterion of the best quality of radio communication. Technical detection means and technical means of video surveillance are combined into territorial groups (clusters), which carry out information processing according to the chosen algorithm by the criteria of detection maximum probability or the minimum number of false alarms.
EFFECT: ensuring the ability of the system operation in the field with a complex terrain and expanding its functionality.
