SUBSTANCE: system consists of a central control panel, a group of security sensors and a group of remote video monitoring stations, having a first radio link with the security sensors and a second radio link with the central control panel. The system is powered by batteries or accumulator power sources using standby and active video monitoring modes to save power.

EFFECT: separating radio links for transmitting alarm messages from security sensors and for transmitting video information to a central control panel, high quality of the received pre-alarm, alarm and post-alarm video information generated based on the signal from a triggered security sensor, providing around-the-clock video surveillance in day/night mode with illumination of the surveillance areas by video cameras at night using infrared projectors, providing anti-vandal protection of video surveillance stations.
