FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of a central control room, a TSE group and a group of video surveillance equipment (VSE). The TSE contains alarm sensors working on different physical principles: seismic, radio wave, infrared, magnetometric, radio-beam, and broken. The VSE contains low-frame video surveillance systems, made with the possibility of pre-alarm, alarm and post-alarm video information. TSEs are connected to each other and to the CCU, forming the first peer-to-peer radio network at the frequency of the first radio link. The VSEs are interconnected and with the CCU, forming the second peer-to-peer radio network at the frequency of the second radio link. Both radio networks are self-organizing and are configured to automatically rearrange the information transmitting routes by the criterion of the best radio communication quality. Information processing in the system is carried out with the possibility of using intelligent algorithms to achieve the maximum probability of detection and the minimum number of false alarms.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of monitoring protected areas, taking into account the visual identification of the intruder to distinguish him from animals, birds, and other interference factors.
