SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Dressing is described, consisting essentially of: an absorbent nonwoven pressure dressing formed from a mixture of: thermally bonded bicomponent nonabsorbent fiber of core-sheath type, the said core is made of polyester (polyethylene terephthalate PET), and the sheath is made of polyethylene; bicomponent superabsorbent fiber of core-sheath type with a core made of polyacrylonitrile and a sheath made of polyacrylate; and mesh fabric made of elastomer hydrocolloid mass, partially covering the pressure dressing side, intended to come into contact with the wound.
EFFECT: dressing is specifically designed to accelerate chronic wounds healing due to wounds rehabilitation optimization.
