FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: absorbent adhesive bandage comprises an absorbent nonwoven material and protective substrate, impermeable and permeable for water vapor. Substrate is made by connection of solid film and perforated base coated with at least on one of its sides adhesive silicone gel that does not occlude holes of the base. Said base completely covers surface of film. Said dressing additionally contains non-absorbing web and additional non-woven material, which are fixed along its periphery and are covered with said absorbent nonwoven material, preferably without points of attachment to it. Non-absorbing web is glued with adhesive silicone gel applied on said base. Method of making said dressing consists in that is substrate attached together non-absorbing web and additional non-woven material enveloping absorbent nonwoven material, preferably without fastening point to the latter. Then to the substrate are enclosed in shell absorbent nonwoven material on the side of non-absorbing web.

EFFECT: invention provides simple application without effect on skin around the wound, prevention of deterioration of the wound during its removal.
