SUBSTANCE: dressing comprises an absorbent spongy material and a protective substrate, not permeable for liquids and permeable for steam. Said substrate is made by connection of a solid film and a perforated base coated on at least on one of its sides with adhesive silicone gel, which does not block holes of base. Said base completely covers surface of film. Said dressing further includes a non-absorbent web arranged between said absorbent spongy material and said substrate. Said web is glued to adhesive silicone gel applied on said base, and is fixed on absorbing porous material. Disclosed is a method of making said dressing, comprising making a substrate, fastening together said non-absorbent web and spongy material, and then whole system is connected with substrate.

EFFECT: simple manufacture and maintaining integrity after removal from wound.
