SUBSTANCE: tooth brushing mouth guard comprises an arcuate base assembly, the first flexible core element, two side carriages and an actuator assembly. The arcuate base assembly includes two side portions and an intermediate central portion. The front ends of the two side portions are pivotally connected to opposite ends of the central portion so that the rear ends of the side portions are movable inwards and outwards, providing adjustable mouth guard width. The first flexible rod member with a screw thread is coupled at its free ends with the rear ends of the base assembly side portions to support the arcuate shape of the rod member, similar to the base assembly form. Two side carriages are mounted on the opposite sides of the rod member and comprise tooth brushing elements mounted thereon. The drive assembly for moving of the two side carriages is located along the opposite sides of the rod for brushing.

EFFECT: invention allows the user to customize the device to adapt to its intraoral geometry.
