FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of manufacturing aerated concrete, including dosing and mixing of ground lime, quartz sand, limestone flour, aluminium powder, water, laying the resulting mixture into moulds, solidifying, extracting the mould, heat and moisture treatment, carbonization in carbon dioxide, quicklime, heat and moisture treatment of the massif is carried out in steam chambers, and its carbonization is carried out for 3 or 4 hours in a carbon dioxide medium in sealed chambers, and before carbonization of the massif on a lattice or mesh surfaces in the same sealed chambers are carried out by evacuation.
EFFECT: intensification of the process of carbonization of aerated concrete.
