SUBSTANCE: for identification of objects of management, test signal is inputted to control object or added to setpoint of closed-loop control system, array of measured output signal values of control object and control signal and test signal values is formed in the memory of the computing device in a certain way, complex integrals over measured values filtering time interval of output signal and control signal are calculated in a certain way, systems of linear algebraic equations to obtain estimates of the identified coefficients of control object are formed and solved, the condition of their convergence is checked in a certain way, if the covnvergence is achieved it is believed that identification of object is made, otherwise the filtering time is increased and all the steps are repeated. Dynamic frequency identification system includes a processor, a memory unit, storage means, input/output interfaces. Memory unit includes computer-readable instructions for performing the steps of method.

EFFECT: reduction of time of controllable object identification.
