FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: lipofilling is performed in the previously marked area of the reconstructed mammary gland, widening the boundaries downwards and laterally. Moreover, adipose tissue is injected into the subcutaneous fat layer intramuscularly into the intercostal muscles and intradermally into the skin of the marked area, taking special care in the scar area and along the anterior axillary line. At the first stage of lipofilling, 300-350 ml of washed-out lipocytes are administered. The patient is then observed for 2 months and, if the thickness of the covering tissues is sufficient to cover the implant and form the ptotic mammary gland, the permanent silicone implant is inserted through the incision below the submammary sulcus level under the thoracic fascia. Then, by abdominal flap dissection, it is mobilized with incision displacement into the submammary region.

EFFECT: method allows to restore breast shape and volume, improving the aesthetic appearance of the patient, reduces economic costs of surgical intervention, reducing the recovery period.
