METHOD OF RECONSTRUCTION AFTER SKIN-PRESERVING MASTECTOMY AT A SMALL VOLUME OF THE GLANDULA MAMMARIA Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B17/00 A61K35/35 A61P43/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology and reconstructive surgery. Through an arc-shaped incision up to 40 mm along the contour of the nipple-areolar complex, a skin-preserving mastectomy with layer wound suturing is performed. At the next stage through a separate armpit access, regional lymphodiscussion with the installation of active drainage and wound suturing is performed. Skin incision up to 1.5 mm is made along the submammar fold, with a 0.9 % sodium chloride solution up to 150 ml administrated through a special cannula for lipofilling, checking the tightness of the formed cavity. At the next stage through the cannula, adipose tissue from the donor zones is introduced by 30 % more volume of the removed tissue of the glandula mammaria. In the postoperative period for the next 5 days, the patient is hyperbaric oxygenated at a pressure of 1.3 atmospheres for 30 minutes daily.

EFFECT: method provides reduced frequency of postoperative complications, increased therapeutic efficiency of reconstruction, static and dynamic symmetry at a small volume of the glandula mammaria, reduced number of hospitalizations to achieve a final aesthetic result and reduced economic costs of treatment.
