SUBSTANCE: functional hospital bed comprises an adjustable back (2) on a fixed bed housing and a wheelchair (21), covers an area from the outside adjustable backrest to the end of the bed. The wheelchair (21) comprises three rectangular panels, separated from the fixed-bed body, the wheelchair support (10) and a second drive mechanism (16). The second drive mechanism includes a telescopic member (13) leading a rotating shaft (11) and the driven rotary shaft (31). Leading a rotating shaft (11) rests on a fixed bed body (1), and a driven rotation shaft (31) rests on a support wheelchair (10). Leading a rotating shaft (11) comprises a second switching lever (12) and the driven rotary shaft (31) comprises a switchable lever (24). Leading a rotating shaft (11) and the driven rotary shaft (31) are adjustably connected. When the seat (21) is combined with the fixed housing bed (1) and a telescopic element (13) moves through the second switching lever (12) leading a rotating shaft (11), a driven rotating shaft (31), a switching lever (24), three wheelchair rectangular panels (21) to move to form a seat (21) which can be separated from the fixed-bed body (1). After a split, and merge of the wheelchair and bed housing, the patient can be moved.

EFFECT: process of moving does not require heavy physical exertion of medical personnel, and at the same time the patient is not suffering from pain due to sudden shocks.
