FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed are self-contained stretchers for patients with limited mobility, particularly those suffering quadriplegia and paraplegia, made with possibility of height adjustment and transformation between horizontal position in the form of a bed for placement of the patient in the supine position and staggered position in the form of a chair. They contain moving panels (12) intended for placement of patient on them, made with possibility of movement in direction, transverse supports (4, 5, 8), in both directions of movement: outside stretcher for removal of patient from stretcher and inside patient stretcher on them.

EFFECT: possibility of changing their longitudinal or transverse orientation relative to the frame and enabling the patient to send physiological needs directly using the stretcher themselves.
