SUBSTANCE: device with upper wheel and two dampers, preventing jumping out includes the preventing jumping out unit (10), the upper wheel with two dampers, consisting of a plate (11) for the upper wheel, an upper wheel (12), cover (13) of the upper wheel, and two dampers (14) and moving block (20) as well. The preventing jumping out roller (17) is mounted on the cover (13) of the upper wheel; the moving unit (20) is the moving unit with two plates, which consists of a moving unit base plate (21) and plate (22) for moving unit rod, installed over it; moving rod (221) is fixed vertically on the plate (22) for moving unit rod. Connecting elastic blocks (23, 24) are blocked and connected in parallel with three spaced plates (2131, 2132, 2133, 2141, 2142, 2143), mounted in parallel in the longitudinal direction at the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the moving unit base plate (21).

EFFECT: prevent wheel jumping out.
