SUBSTANCE: muscle training device includes game bar which has the possibility of changing the value of provided resistance. Handles to be connected to one end of game bar. Electric cable to be connected to system block of personal computer; base for fixing the device on it by means of fixing members. Optical mouse, spring-loaded power system, game bar; at that, the other end of game bar is made in the form of ball arranged in glass in which environment of controlled friction for ball is created and provided by means of tightening assembly and elements rubbing on ball and located in upper and lower ball parts. Nut into which a pin fixed vertically and parallel to side wall of glass is screwed.

EFFECT: improved manipulation accuracy of training device, which is achieved owing to simplifying the spring-loaded power system; possible removal of miniature optical mouse without complete disassembly of the device and tightening assembly pin not retractable beyond the limits of the device.
