SUBSTANCE: device for purifying and complex disposing waste gases comprising a treatment zone connected with the transit gas flue comprising a vertical tubular heat exchanger-absorber consisting of serially connected gas downward tubular air heater, a hollow oxidizing chamber with ozone-air mixture distributor, a tubular condenser of the 1st stage, and a vertical side plate condenser of the 2nd stage adjacent thereto provided with a slit gas intake and air intake at the bottom, above - with a gas exhaust port and the top cover connected to the exhaust pipe and the deflector condensers of the 1st and the 2nd stages are connected to the anion filter at the condensate, the condenser of the 2nd stage is connected to the ejector on the gas through the exhaust pipe, the gas flue of the working medium and the greenhouse, on the roof of which a deflector is placed, the annular space of the air heater is connected to the blast duct and the annular condenser space of the 1st stage is connected to the outdoor air duct and the fan.
