FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat power engineering and can be used in processes of removing harmful impurities from flue gases. Multiblock plant consists of treatment zone consisting of several parallel flue gas ducts 3 with inlet and outlet dampers connected to cleaning and utilisation units, each of which consists of economiser 6 and absorbing air heater 7 with tray 9, which are made in the form of tubular heat exchangers, tubes 19 of which are equipped with ribs 20 on external side. Absorbing air heater 7 consists of absorption and condensation section 8 provided with connection pipe supplying ozone mixed with air 10 with perforated head piece 11 and separation and condensation section 12 equipped with axial fan 13. Tray 9 of absorbing air heater 7 is connected by means of pipeline 17 to anion-exchanging filter 18.
EFFECT: increasing capacity and range of load change of the device at simultaneous increase of ecological and economical efficiency of its operation.
