FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-and-power engineering and can be used in the processes of cleaning flue gases from harmful impurities. Corrosion-resistant shaft multi-unit plant for cleaning and utilizing flue gases comprises a transit flue, a vertical shaft – a cleaning chamber at the bottom connected to a pallet and an inclined flue with a vertical shaft – a post-cleaning chamber. Cleaning chamber is divided by vertical partitions into a cleaning and a utilizing units. Each of the cleaning units consists of an air heater-absorber, in which three stages of cooling the flue gases are arranged from the top down. Air heaters-absorbers are made in the form of glass-block heat exchangers made from a heat-resistant small-alkali glass reinforced with a metal mesh. Oxidation chamber with an ozone-air mixture distributor and an averaging chamber are arranged between the heat exchangers. Heat exchanger of the third stage is equipped with an axial fan. Vertical shaft from below is connected to the pallet connected to the inclined flue with the vertical shaft – the post-cleaning chamber. Inside the post-cleaning chamber there are sections of post-cleaning containing several rows of trapezoidal containers with perforated walls. Containers are placed on supporting corners in the staggered order in height and form zigzag gas channels among themselves. Herewith the containers are filled with pumice granules made from metallurgical slags with the basicity module of M>1 and the granules diameter from 5 to 10 mm. Inside the post-cleaning chamber there are flush water distributors installed above each section and connected to the flush water collector.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability, environmental and economic efficiency of the corrosion-resistant shaft multi-unit plant.
