FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: power transmission system includes the first transmission unit, the second transmission unit, the first clutch, the second clutch, the third clutch, a safety valve, and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to output a hydraulic pressure command for simultaneous engaging the first clutch device with the second clutch device during movement in the state, wherein the third clutch device is disengaged. The electronic control unit is configured to inhibit movement using that path from the first force transmission path or the second force transmission path that is connected or disconnected by the third clutch device if it is determined that both the first clutch device and the second clutch are engaged.
EFFECT: improved device reliability.
