FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles. Transmission master controller of the vehicle contains the electronic control unit that changes the gears of the mechanical mechanism of the step transmission so as to set up any stage of the modeled gear and changes the gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission mechanism. Stages of the simulated transmission have their second gear ratio of the frequency of rotation of the drive source relative to the output frequency of rotation of the speed transmission mechanism. Steps of simulated transmission are set for each stage of the mechanical transmission. Number of stages of the modeled transmission is equal to or exceeds the number of stages of mechanical transmission. When the electronic control unit detects a malfunction of the step transmission mechanism, it fixes the step transmission mechanism in the emergency mode of transmission stage. It also prohibits a step change in the transmission mechanism of the continuously variable transmission and changes the gear ratio of the variable transmission mechanism in a stepless manner based on the condition of the car. Mechanical transmission stage of an emergency mode is any mechanical transmission stage.
EFFECT: improved power performance.
