SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting channel state information (CSI) in a wireless communication system in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: downsampling codebook for four antenna ports, including 16 precoding matrices; and performing CSI transmission based on the feedback codebook subsampled. When a rank indicator (RI) is equal to four, the sub-sampled codebook includes 16 precoding matrices, the first precoding matrix having index 0, the third precoding matrix having index two, ninth precoding matrix having index 8, and eleventh precoding matrix having index 10.
